Being Brown women of a certain age we are, of course, automatically Aunties, and our shared passion for talking about science, history, engineering & society guarantees this brand.

Together we share brilliant, untold human tales which highlight the truly global origins of our Western existence.  

 

Choose from dozens of stories to match the theme of your event! We've got everything from ~

​

  • the story of horse-riding ‘jodhpurs’ being named after a south-Asian city,

  • vaccines first being developed in Africa

  • the Islamic mathematicians who created algebra, 

  • the Indian woman who discovered a quark but didn't win the Nobel Prize for it
